Is this a subscription?
Yes. Basic and Plus are recurring subscription plans. Exceptional large files may instead use a separate one-time Stripe per-file quote payment.
How are translation credits calculated?
Before a translation starts, the system estimates the required credits from the document's character count and selected model rate. Final deductions use actual completed usage and may differ from the estimate.
What does a subscription include?
A subscription grants translation credits each billing cycle plus the plan limits and features shown on the pricing page.
How are subscription credits granted?
Subscription credits are granted monthly and are consumed when you use paid translation models.
Is bulk translation included?
Bulk upload and translation are included according to the limits of your active subscription tier.
When does plan access begin?
Plan access begins after Stripe confirms the subscription checkout and the account profile is updated.
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation and access timing follow the subscription status and period dates shown for your account.
What is a per-file quote payment?
A per-file quote is a separate one-time Stripe payment for an exceptional translation that is not covered by the normal credit flow. It does not create a reusable credit package.
Why can final credit usage exceed the estimate?
The estimate is a pre-translation forecast. Final deduction uses actual runtime consumption, which can vary with content and processing.
What happens if my balance becomes negative?
Completed translations remain available, but a negative balance can prevent new paid-model tasks until the account receives enough credits.
